Mindfulness 101 – Wellness presentation

Mindfulness is defined as a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.  This technique can be used to help with stress, weight, and a number of issues we deal with.   Join the North Cypress Wellness Team on September 20th at 6pm for “Mindfulness 101.”   The evening includes a seminar presentation and healthy cooking demo.   Click here for more information and to register for the seminar.
